About Us:
Green & Tonic is a group of young professionals greening the bars of San Francisco and beyond. G&T consults with bar owners to help them find solutions to reduce their waste, energy, and water consumption. To help offset the initial costs of implementing these changes, G&T hosts events to raise money for the bars. This money is used to buy energy-efficient appliances, low-flow toilets, non-toxic cleaning supplies, and make other important sustainability retrofits.
